On behalf of our client, an international, young, dynamic lifestyle company located east of Munich, we are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) for the French-speaking market in a direct permanent position.


Your responsibilities:


  • First point of contact for customers in a back office environment
  • Preparation and followup of offers
  • Continuous monitoring and tracking of delivery status, and taking appropriate action in case of delivery delays
  • Handling of complaints
  • Supportive tasks for the sales team

Your profile:


  • Completed commercial education and ideally some professional experience in customer service or a service industry
  • Fluent in German and French, both written and spoken
  • Good computer skills
  • Communicative personality with a strong service mentality
  • High affinity for the fashion and lifestyle industry
