What you will do:

  • Picking of reagents (chemicals and solvents)
  • Classification of reagents
  • Inventory management of reagents and solvents
  • Registration and inventory of hazardous substances
  • Shipping of dangerous goods
  • ERM database registration of reagents and intermediates
  • Data management in ERM for reagents
  • Processing of chemical returns from R&D functions
  • Assistance with disposal preparation of reagents for waste incineration
  • Support with goods receipt and processing of incoming goods
  • Central goods receipt / booking of incoming goods in various IT systems (ERM and Imotic)
  • Recording and tracking of goods via a scanner system
  • Registration / inventory and barcoding of reagents as well as sensitive products (controlled substances, medications, etc.)
  • Secure packaging of reagents according to ADR
  • Monitoring compliance with dangerous goods regulations upon delivery by external parties
  • Archiving and compliant filing of delivery notes

What you bring:

  • Completed training (e.g. chemical technician) or warehouse specialist or specialist for warehouse management or several years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry
