Support our internal HR department as a specialist assistant for personnel in handling a variety of administrative tasks and work together with other internal HR departments.

You will be the contact person for current and future colleagues at the Employment Agency.

Your tasks and responsibilities

You will handle the administrative and organizational processing of personnel matters with medium difficulty (e.g. preparation of secondment letters and employment contracts, determination and payment of salary claims, clarification of tax and social security obligations).

You will also handle matters related to the Federal Equal Opportunities Act, the Federal Staff Representation Act, and the Social Code IX (e.g. preparation of committee proposals).

You will also be responsible for measures to qualify and recruit personnel for the Federal Employment Agency and for filling positions with medium difficulty (e.g. scheduling appointments, preparing applicant overviews).

You will provide information on personnel law and compensation in employment or training relationships.

The main focus of your work will be in the area of personnel service, where you will take on tasks in general personnel administration.

Requirements

A completed vocational training (ideally in the commercial field)
