Responsibilities

Planning, analyzing, and designing printed materials, signage, and other visual solutions for our Clients
Having a full understanding of the Center's products and services; as well as the capabilities of key suppliers and partners;
Partnering with Clients to interpret their needs and convey their messages effectively on printed media, signs, or promotional products using color, type, illustration, photography, and other techniques;
Actively communicating with Clients to understand and deliver signs and printed materials to their satisfaction;
Ensuring that all Clients' requirements and needs are met by the work of the Center;
Proofing Clients' requests and files to ensure they are ready for production;
Assisting Clients with the resolution of any problems that may arise;
Supporting the work of other areas of the Center as needed; and
Remaining up to date on changing trends in the visual communications (printing/signs) industry

As our Production Manager – Visual Communications, you will have primary responsibilities for:

Planning, analyzing, and designing printed materials, signage, and other visual solutions for our Clients

Requirements/Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in manufacturing sign and print products (required)
2+ years of graphic design experience (required); Adobe Creative Suite experience (required)
High School diploma (required); 2+ years of college education (preferred)
Excellent project and time management skills
General computer proficiency (required)
Ability to accurately discern colors (required)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple projects
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (required)
Good organizational skills (required)
