    Description

    Our client located in Alpharetta, GA is looking for a Senior Loan Processor/Consumer Lending Pipeline Coordinator to join their team

    Direct-Hire

    $65k - $75k

    In office, Monday - Friday

    Job Purpose and Scope:

    Coordinates the Consumer Loan pipeline by assignment of files and tracking files from processing to close. Responsible for the administrative and clerical support to the Consumer Loan Fulfillment Team.

    Essential Job Functions:

    • Coordinates/assigns with Consumer Loan Specialists all applications received via fax and electronic submission. Monitors Decision Pro for applications throughout the day.
    • Reviews document packages for accuracy, monitoring of rescission dates and funding, and verifying files fund on time.
    • Monitors all bank-controlled payoffs are sent to creditors on funding/disbursement day.
    • Prepares application tracking reports and performs the analysis accordingly.
    • May handle HELOC applications and submit for funding.
    • Produces reports, including monthly usage reports, multiple reports documenting daily, weekly, and monthly results, and credit reports as needed.
    • Reconciles monthly reports to lenders' monthly application/funding results.
    • Reviews Decision Pro to ensure files are notated properly and being processed timely.
    • Review files post-closing to verify payoffs and HUD-1 balance and schedules closing date.
    • Follows Bank policy, procedures, and guidelines to protect clients, employees, and bank assets.

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

    • Knowledge of consumer loan products and consumer loan documentation.
    • Ability to identify challenges, establish a corrective plan of action and execute the plan.
    • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
    • Ability to demonstrate effective time management and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team and help others when needed.
    • Ability to producehigh volume and credible work with attentionto detail.
    • Ability to multi-task, deliver results and respond quicklyand effectively to requests.
    • Ability to adapt well to change, developalternative solutions, and look for ways to improve and promote quality.
    • Ability to work extended hours to meet deadlines.
    • Skill in using computer and Microsoft Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel.
