- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Three years' experience working in the Human Resources field.
- Maintains employee records, ensuring completion and accuracy of details such as employee contact information, job classification, pay rates, organizational structure, and other key details.
- Maintains accurate records of active job openings and received applications; manages internal and external job postings.
- Reviews applications for entry-level and non-exempt positions; conducts and/or schedules preliminary interviews.
- Performs administrative and recordkeeping tasks related to staffing changes.
- Ensures compliance with USCIS Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification; periodically audits Forms I-9.
- Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
- Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Manage the organization's employee database and prepare reports.
- Maintains employee, student and contract compliance electronic files current at all times.
- Conducts or assists with record audits and mandatory reports, which may include I-9 audits, EEO-1 filings, payroll audits, and other compliance reviews.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Three years' experience working in the Human Resources field.
- Experience serving a multinational, multicultural population.
- FQHC background.
- Familiarity with Community Health Clinics and/or Indian Health Clinics.
- Current BLS and CPR certification.
- Has a clean driving record and insurance as required by the state.
- Has reliable transportation.

Summary:
The Human Resource Coordinator will assist the Sr. Human Resource Manager with complex and specialized administrative tasks including reviewing job applications from prospective employees, managing, and overseeing employee records, and generating reports. Assist with daily Human Resources functions up to include recruitment, credentialing, compliance record keeping, leave of absence and enforcing company policies and procedures.
Must be able to demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to perform all job-related activities as outlined below.
