 Recruiting candidates for open positions, including developing job descriptions, posting job advertisements, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and negotiating job offers. 

Managing employee relations issues such as grievances, disciplinary actions, and workplace conflict resolution. 

Managing the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation, completing necessary paperwork, and introducing new hires to company policies and culture. 

Developing and implementing performance management programs, including setting goals, conducting performance evaluations, and providing feedback and coaching to employees.
