    The Company

    Audigo Labs enables effortless, mobile-centric audio and video creation: recording, mixing, editing, sharing, and multi-user collaboration. Audigo is a true one-stop-shop for todays modern creators who want to produce great sounding audio and video content - anytime, anywhere.

    Audigo is currently looking to hire a Social Media & Marketing Manager based in Los Angeles, San Francisco, or Santa Barbara, CA to help both acquire new customers and engage with our current ones.

    The Role

    You will be part of a small, fast-moving team of marketers, engineers, and designers building one of the most ambitious products out there. Youll play a major role in the success of our growth strategy, brand development & customer experience and will see your impact immediately through social media engagement, sales numbers and customer feedback.

    Were looking for a motivated, self-starting, and customer engagement focused individual who:

    • Possesses impeccable communication skills across social media platforms, content creation, email marketing, and brand storytelling
    • Has a passion for social media strategy, technology, and music, audio, and video creation
    • Always makes a customer, follower or commenter feel like theyre getting 100% of your attention
    • Understands the importance of precise and timely communication
    • Takes immense pride in serving the customer, making things work, and closing a sale

    Responsibilities

    • Develop the strategy and run the day to day execution of Audigos social media and customer engagement activities with the goal of turning followers into customers and customers into advocates
    • Work with Audigos marketing leader to establish a comprehensive content strategy & calendar
    • Develop, create and produce content for all Audigos social media channels, email, blog and website
    • Plan and execute Audigos email marketing campaigns
    • Identify and work with potential influencer and customer content partners to drive awareness of Audigo
    • Analyze and report on the performance and key metrics related to social media, email marketing, and customer engagement activities

    Requirements

    • 2-5 years experience working in social media management, content creation and direct to consumer sales
    • Proficiency working with a variety of social media, CRM and D2C platforms
    • Understanding of how paid social and organic social work together
    • Extreme attention to detail
    • Ability to work independently
