- Master technical product functionality to provide expert consulting services in the areas of workflow analysis, training, build, testing, go-live support, and post go-live optimization
- Lead Phreesia implementation projects and maintain complete understanding of contract deliverables and appropriate project scope, while serving as the primary point of contact for the client, identifying risks with mitigation strategies and managing escalations, including leadership when appropriate
- Demonstrate necessary technical skills to communicate details of client's configuration, admin pages set up, integration, client workflow and other details of integrated product capabilities, maintaining a strong understanding of how the application is used and configured
- Communicate effectively with current and prospective clients to understand the value Phreesia can bring to their organization, while conveying the ideal patient and staff experiences
- Grow revenue by identifying clients that have the opportunity for add on/upsell products, demonstrate those products, then implement them
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, Interfaces, Client Success and Deployment teams to ensure we are meeting client commitments and providing the appropriate solution
- Support and drive change management process and actively help to gain buy-in from peers on new initiatives
- 5+ years of experience in implementation, project management, consulting or relevant roles, preferably in SaaS or healthcare technology industry
- Proven project management skills to lead multiple large, complex projects at once
- Confidence, problem solving and prioritization to work with multiple customers at once to understand their needs and develop custom solutions
- Superior leadership, influence, interpersonal communication, presentation, meeting facilitation, and telephone skills
- Comfortable with leading projects involving both ambulatory and acute facilities
- Role may require up to 25% travel following all current health and safety guidelines

Phreesia is looking for a Consultant, Client Services to join our team As a Consultant, you will work with our ever-expanding client base including primary care, single-specialty and multi-specialty practices, health systems, and hospitals. You will design and implement a solution, growing revenue through upsell opportunities, maintaining high conversion rates, and increasing overall client satisfaction. You will partner alongside Phreesia's experienced Client Solutions team to fully engage the client at all levels, including executive, and work cross-functionally with our Product and Sales teams to execute specific initiatives designed to maximize business value for our clients. Our mission is to create a better, more engaging healthcare experience by helping healthcare providers better understand their patients. You will contribute to our mission by optimizing a solution that best fits the needs of our clients. This role provides a high level of visibility within the organization, clear growth paths within the team, and interactions with clients virtually and/or on-site.

Base pay for US is $90,000 - $100,000, depending on qualifications. Phreesia is a fully remote company however, candidates located in ET and CT regions are given priority in the hiring process.
