    Description


    Marketing/Communications Analyst (Remote) at GovCIO in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Overview GovCIO is currently hiring for a Design and Tools Analyst to support our client at the Department of Veterans Affairs OIT (Office of Information Technology) Health Portfolio, Scheduling Product Line.

    This position will be a fully remote position and core hours of operation will be Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5 PM ET.

    Responsibilities Develops, maintains, and enhances the Product Line through a variety of marketing and communication programs. Researches and develops content for publication of products in various media and markets. Prepares presentations and/or speeches.


    Responsibilities:
    + Creates visually appealing graphics and designs for various communication materials. + Manage and maintain SharePoint sites, ensuring content is organized and easily accessible. + Develop and design engaging newsletters, incorporating relevant content and visuals. + Assist in coordinating and executing communication campaigns and initiatives. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure accurate messaging. + Gather information for data calls and diligently follow up to ensure timely submission of required data and contract deliverables. + Proactively engage with relevant stakeholders, establish clear communication channels. + Monitor and analyze communication metrics to measure effectiveness and make improvements.


    Qualifications Required Skills and Experience:
    + Bachelor's Degree in engineering, or a related scientific or technical discipline is required with a total of 10 years professional experience required. An additional 8 years of related experience may be substituted for the degree requirement + Proficiency in graphic design software and tools. + Highly Proficiency in Microsoft Suite tools, (e.g. PowerPoint, Word) + Strong knowledge of SharePoint administration and content management. + Ability to learn and master new tools (e.g. Jira, Teams and associated apps) + Experience in creating visually appealing newsletters and other communication materials. + Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. + Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics. + Strong written and verbal communication skills. + Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
