    Job DescriptionSenior Analyst
    Remote (required to report to NY 2 days a month

    Vaco is collaborating with a leader in the broader health sector to recruit a Senior Analyst.

    This role combines rigorous accounting and analytical responsibilities and requires occasional presence in our NY or NJ locations.

    Responsibilities:
    • Conduct financial modeling to guide decisions,
    • Manage financial transactions: invoice processing, journal entries, bank reconciliations,
    • Supervise monthly financial close and reporting,
    • Evaluate sales data and performance metrics,
    • Utilize Dynamics 365 and/or Power BI to prepare reports for senior management.

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field,
    • 3 to 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment,
    • Experience with Dynamics 365 or Power BI is advantageous,
    • Strong ability to present and communicate complex financial data.

    Compensation:
    • Salary Range: $95,000 - $105,000, plus performance-based bonus,
    • Comprehensive benefits package.

    Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:

    • the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
    • licensure and certification requirements;
    • office location and other geographic considerations;

    With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
