    SISU Enlightened Protection (NV PILB LIC# 4026) is an exclusive team of modern day Samurai who focus on the darkness so others can focus on the light. The company provides the best personal protection available for clients in need of it. It also provides next level security for select venues and events. SISU is actively seeking experienced security professionals to join its Las Vegas, NV based team.

    SISU prides itself on selectively hiring, properly training, and effectively equipping its staff. The nature of its operations are fast-paced and push the boundaries of traditional protection through the application of innovative practices and the use of emergent technologies.     Executive Protection Agent

    Executive Protection Agents have a demonstrated ability to work both independently and as a member of small/dynamic teams - protecting clients, select venues, and events. Specific duties include advance work, close protection, security operations via vehicle and foot, and ensuring security at a series of fixed locations (touchpoints) in accordance with federal, state, and local laws as well as company regulations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Advance work and associated memorialization.
    • Close protection - fixed and mobile.
    • Security-centric logistics.
    • Security operations at select venues and events.
    • Maintaining proficiency in the disciplines listed above. Refining the same via continued training.
    • Ensuring the health and safety of persons SISU is privileged to protect.
    • Ensuring the integrity of events and venues SISU is privileged to protect - inclusive of those with a sensitive nexus.
    • Staying abreast/compliant with evolving regulations specific to the Security industry.
    • Partnering closely with teammates and SISU's "Watchtower" to provide the best protection available - protecting SISU's clients, and select venues and events.
    • Liaison with law enforcement, emergency services, other security firms, venues and staff, clients and client support staff.
    • Responding to emergency situations - handling them in accordance with federal, state, and local laws as well as company regulations.
    • Report writing.
    • Documenting lessons learned, assisting with operational refinements.
    • Mentorship to new team-members.
    • General/varied support to SISU operations.
    • Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
    • 8+ years of experience (or combination thereof) in the military, law enforcement, intelligence, overseas security contracting, executive protection, or advanced corporate security operations.

    Preferred Skills and Experience:

    • Bachelor's or advanced degree.
    • Hospitality industry experience.
    • Familiarity with Tony Robbins' material(s), prior event attendance.
    • Community led policing, counterinsurgency experience, and/or prior executive protection experience.
    • Ability to de-escalate disputes/conflicts.
    • Advanced medical emergency training.
    • Combat Medic, EMT, or Paramedic related experience.
    • History of critical incident handling experience.
    • Threat/Risk assessment experience.
    • Impeccable character/integrity.
    • Leadership training and experience.
    • Extensive team-oriented experience.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Presentation skills/experience.
    • Computer based proficiency with Powerpoint/Keynote, Word/Pages, Excel/Numbers, Adobe Acrobat, G-Suite applications, Zoom, Trello, and Evernote.
    • An interest in photography/videography + familiarity with working with photo/video files.
    • Unique outdoor skills are of interest - to provide support to clients visiting non-urban settings.
    • Foreign language proficiency.

    Additional Requirements:

    • Availability to work any schedule needed to include nights, weekends, and rotating staffing requirements.
    • Position is subject to enhanced screening prior to employment, including: interviews, reference checks, background checks, drug testing, voluntary polygraph, psychological evaluation, personality and disposition testing, physical fitness testing, and problem solving and skills based testing.
    • Position is subject to bi-annual physical fitness testing.
    • Position is subject to ongoing/random drug and alcohol testing.
    • Position is subject to ongoing background checks.
    • Ability and willingness to occasionally stand in a static position for extended periods.
    • Willingness to travel should the need arise.
    • Valid driver's license.
    • Possess or be eligible for a valid state security officer license (with an armed endorsement).
    • Possess or be eligible for a CCW permit.
