    Job Description:


    Electronic Transaction Consultants, LLC ("ETC") is a leading provider of smart mobility solutions, including electronic tolling and related operations and maintenance services and Intelligent Transportation Systems.

    Since 1999, ETC delivers innovative solutions to improve safety, and operational efficiency, and provide high levels of customer service. We are a recognized expert in the field of information systems for the transportation industry.?


    Join ETC as a Project Manager - Operations ?to help us deliver technical excellence and outstanding customer service in a team environment, where each member radiates our core values of integrity, excellence, collaboration, innovation, and passion.


    Required Experience:

    Key Responsibilities:


    Matrix operational management oversight over software operation, technical operations, network/sysadmin operations, and direct operational management over local hardware maintenance operations per contract requirements.

    Lead project team to provide 24x7 system uptime for all aspects of the operational tolling system.?
    Work with multiple functional groups to define scope, budgeting, forecasting, for continuous operational delivery for project.?

    Lead the collaborative, dynamic planning process - prioritizing the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the teams.

    ?
    Drive cross functional team implementation and communication for best known practices across all operational aspects of project.

    Drive system performance ensuring all contract required metrics are maintained and all performance audits are completed and passed for each project performance requirement.

    Translate customer requests and requirements into functional specs for all maintenance activities.


    Required Experience:
    Bachelors degree (BA) from an accredited four-year college or university
    Minimum 2 years supervisory/management experience, preferably in the field of system integration or enterprise solution implementation
    Or equivalent combination of education and experience
    PMP Certification desired but not required

    Preferred Experience - But Not Required:

    Ability to understand detailed system workflows
    Understanding business rules per RFP requirements for contract
    Understanding all contract KPI requirements for correct staffing levels to maintain hardware and software operations
    Maintaining large-scale 24x7 revenue collection systems
