» Your tasks

  • You support the strategic expansion of the IT department at the University Hospital Cologne - specifically, you actively drive projects related to the Hospital Future Act (KHZG) and HighMed (MeDIC).
  • You also provide expert support for the expansion of the communication server - this includes rollouts as well as coordination of infrastructure and troubleshooting.
  • You are also responsible for professional user consultation, training of users and multipliers, and creating training materials.
  • We also rely on your assistance in implementing, maintaining, and further developing all medical applications operated by the University Hospital Cologne.
  • This includes in particular the RIS and PACS systems, the telemedicine portal, the teleradiological or telemedical infrastructure, and the clinical workstation system.
  • Last but not least, you are responsible for the successful implementation of small to medium-sized projects and also participate in on-call duty.

» Your profile

  • Successful degree in computer science or medical technology with a focus on software or similar - alternatively, training, e.g. as a specialist in computer science (m/f/d) or comparable professional experience
  • Familiar with medical communication standards
