Description
We are looking for you for a 3-year apprenticeship as a railway operator:
In train traffic control (m/f/d) for DB InfraGO AG at our location in Hannover. The vocational school is located in Burgdorf.

With this apprenticeship, you will become a:

For our trains.

However, you will not be sitting on the train, but in a control center (called:

"signal box"). We have countless of these throughout Germany. Through screens or boards, you can monitor the trains in your area and use buttons, keys, and levers to influence their journey. With the push of a button, you can set signals (traffic lights for the trains) to green or red and also switch tracks so that the trains can change tracks.

You will also have many other tasks that make you the most important team member for the train drivers:

Inside. You will be in constant contact and exchange information, for example, about changes during the journey.

With your large team of approximately 40 colleagues:
Inside, you will work in the operations center on an electronic signal box.

At your workplace, you can track the trains on many screens and control train traffic with the click of a mouse.
