    About the Job


    The Bureau of Case Integrity & Eligibility Verification is on a mission to maximize revenue for DSS/HRA/DHS and other agencies, ensuring payments meet eligibility criteria and undertaking projects to minimize audit issues.


    The Office of Revenue Management and Development (ORMD) is seeking a Principal Administrative Associate II for the Bureau of Case Integrity and Eligibility Verification (BCIEV)/Eligibility Unit. In this role, you will:
    • Review and provide documentation for Safety Net and Housing Preservation and Development cases to determine eligibility for claim adjustments.
    • Work on projects to identify cases qualified for state or federal funding.
    • Review Duplicate Client Identification Number (CIN) cases.
    • Process invalid Social Security Numbers to combat fraud.
    • Participate in the Turnaround Document Error Correction Project.
    • Perform quality assurance for Enterprise Data Warehouse queries.

    Requirements


    • A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and three years of progressively responsible clerical/administrative experience.
    • Associate degree or 60 semester credits and four years of clerical/administrative experience.
    • A high school diploma and five years of clerical/administrative experience.
    • Equivalent combination of education and experience.
