    My client is a Leader in their Field. They manufacturer medical devices and provide services that have a positive impact on patient lives. They are stable and in a growth mode. They are looking for Sales Operations Manager that will partner with Sales Leadership and the Finance Team to help facilitate growth and manage existing client revenue business with the following responsibilities:

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    · Pricing process and controls

    · Collection and analysis of data to equip the sales team with client insights and purchase history to inform sales process

    · Serve as the sales interface between operations, finance, IT, and other internal functions

    · Data and systems management, reporting, pricing and contract administration, sales analysis

    · Incentive plan administration

    · Lead and pipeline management

    · Strategic planning

    · Manage one sales operations analyst

    Qualifications:

    · Bachelor's Degree

    · 2+ years of related experience with Group Purchasing Organization contract compliance activities, including membership maintenance, pricing accuracy, rebate payments, and other compliance activities

    · Very strong organizational, planning and time management skills

    · Process oriented

    · Excellent written and verbal communication skills – networking across a variety of stakeholder teams, with ability to convey complex analysis to a broad audience

    · Customer first, service-oriented mindset

    · Strong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile

    · Ability to capture and integrate large amounts of data from multiple sources, and perform moderately complex analysis such as trend analysis and forecasting

    · Experience with MS Office products with strong Excel skills

    · Customer Resource Management (CRM) tool experience a plus

    · Ability to distill large quantities of data into meaningful information
