• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operational efficiency across multiple locations
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of supervisors and staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to drive business growth and profitability
• Conduct regular site visits to assess operations, provide guidance, and ensure compliance with company standards
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution
• Use supply chain expertise to support customers, partners, and sales team to find solutions

• Ensure all locations adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree is a plus
• Proven experience as an Area Manager or similar managerial role in a multisite environment
• Minimum 5 years leadership level experience
• 710 years of manufacturing, transportation, or logistics experience required
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Sound knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Ability to travel between locations as needed (3540% Travel)
