    Description


    As a Solution Architect, you'll be a part of our dynamic Professional Services team, crafting innovative solutions within the workforce/HR space.

    A Day in the Life of a

    Solution Architect:

    Morning Coffee with Clients:
    Explore client needs, understand their tech stacks, and craft tailored solutions.

    Prototyping with Python / Workato:
    Build prototypes, leveraging our iPaas, bringing your ideas to reality in support of our sales team.


    Lunch with Sales:
    Collaborate with sales to ensure alignment of solutions to business strategies.


    Afternoon Innovation:
    Innovate solution architectures, integrating with customer's infrastructure.


    Presenting to Stakeholders:
    Communicate your solutions to diverse audiences.


    Evening Collaboration:
    Collaborate with internal teams to align and integrate solutions.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in related field

    5+ years in a solutions architect role

    Knowledge of workforce/HR space, HR tech stacks, data types

    Proficient with APIs, Python / Workato (our iPaas)

    Strong communication and creativity

    Understanding of large corporates, alignment of solutions beneficial

    Expected travel requirements 10% as needed

    Experience with SaaS solutions and data warehouses

    Diagramming data structures and HRIS connections

    Serving as a consultant on solution architecture, deployment, design
