    The

    Dynamics 365 Solution Architect

    is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing business-focused Dynamics CRM solutions. The

    D365 Solution Architect

    will bring both technical and functional expertise to bear when designing solutions to align with business goals.

    These solutions include integrations with other enterprise business systems which requires an understanding of these other systems and the impact to/from them.

    The

    D365 Solution Architect

    will follow and promote a disciplined SDLC approach with his/her work.

    She/he will ensure best practices are adopted, provide technical leadership for D365 development projects, and work closely with the end-users, business analysts, management, and other technical resources to design, develop and deliver the right technical solution in a timely and efficient manner.

    The ideal candidate will communicate effectively and be equally comfortable conversing with business owners as with business analysts, other developers, and infrastructure personnel.

    This position will be located at

    Central Office- Indianapolis, IN .

    Responsibilities

    Responsibility - 80%

    Gather technical requirements and propose solutions based on architectural and business needsWork with technology and business groups to define project specificationsDevelop technical solution designs and implementation plans and take full ownership of the Dynamics 365 solutionDevelop technical solution Power Platform architecture designs and implementation plansEnhance efficiency of development, testing and release process; develop tools and frameworks to ensure robust and high-quality delivery of Dynamics 365 ImplementationsDocument technical risks and issues, and actively work to avoid, mitigate, resolve risks and technical debtDocument and design Internal and external integrationsParticipate in the full development lifecycle processResponsibility - 20%

    Participates in design meetingsUpskilling of the existing technical leads in new technologies and enhancements of Dynamics 365Mentorship of existing technical resources in architecture and governance of Dynamics 365Qualifications


    Education:
    Bachelor's degree and 2 years' experience and/or 4 years' experience in lieu of degree requiredBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field preferredExperience:


    4+ years Microsoft CE/CRM, D365 Sales, F&O and Power Platform required4+ years Microsoft CE/CRM, D365 Sales, F&O and Power Platform.

    Azure architecture.

    Knowledge of Enterprise Data Lake with Synapse and SQL Server preferredExperience in a remote or hybrid environment preferredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:


    Communication - ability to communicate both written and orally in a multilocation organization, both in person and remote at all areas of the organizationExcellent attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced environment both independently and with teams4+ years as Microsoft Dynamics Solutions Architect with at least 2 years using D365 Sales and Customer Service Experience with Project Service Automation/Project Operations is a strong plus.

    Strong cross functional as well as technical knowledge is expectedExperience with leading Dynamics CE/CRM & F&O multi-phase, enterprise-wide implementations that contain customization work including writing plug-ins, integrations/web services, code extensions and custom workflowsFluency in D365 data structures and developing solutions in C# leveraging the D365 SDK and Outlook Plug-In.

    Proficient with .NET CoreExperience with Javascript, C#, HTML, CSS and SQL Server including scripting and form creationExperience designing and developing RESTful services and Azure solutions using Azure Functions, Web jobs and Logic AppsKnowledge of and ability to configure security groups and rolesExperience in Microsoft Dataverse and Power Platform is a plus
