We are looking to employ an HR Intern with outstanding administrative and communication skills to provide invaluable support to our HR department. An HR Intern is expected to be a conceptual thinker with superb organizational and time management skills.
This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain firsthand experience in HR operations and gain insight into our company's approach to payroll, recruiting, and employee development.
As an HR Intern, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our HR policies and procedures. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be utilized in maintaining accurate employee records and assisting with various HR-related activities.
Additionally, you will have the chance to contribute to the coordination of company events and gain exposure to different facets of HR management.
If you are eager to kickstart your HR career and work in a dynamic environment that values growth and development, we look forward to meeting. This position has the opportunity to grow into a full-time non-intern position.

Responsibilities:
· Update and maintain our internal databases and HR platform.
· Gather payroll data as needed.
· Prepare HR-related reports as needed.
· Address employee queries about benefits (like number of remaining vacation days)
· Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies.
· Participate in organizing company events.
· Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
· Serve as a point of contact with benefit vendors and administrators.
· Maintain calendars of the HR management team.
· Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.
· Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
· Onboarding of new staff.
· Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
· Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
· Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources.
· Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.).
· Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.).
· Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
Requirements:
Currently enrolled or finished bachelor's in HR management or a related field, or has work experience in the HR field.
Possess excellent communication skills.
Showcase organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Should have the ability to collaborate and work with the team.
Know how to work with MS Office Suite (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, etc.)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills gained through practical experience.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Must have creative thinking abilities.
