Danielle Weaver

I have about 10-13 years in management and training. 
8 years in manufacturing.

I am in my last semester before completing my Bachelor in Business, where I focused heavily on Human Resources and Communication.

My professional history is very diverse. I have worked in customer service, the food industry, the medical field, and manufacturing. I am adaptable and well-rounded. When it comes down to it, all of the parts of my professional background that feed my soul are working with people and developing training or improvement for my workplace. 
I was a manager at Burger King at a young age, my favorite part of that was hiring new staff, training them, and watching them grow as employees. 
In my first job in manufacturing, I was an assembler and backup lead. I was the core person who trained people on new launch projects. I worked into being the person who developed new workspaces with consideration of ergonomics, safety, process flow, and trainability. 
In the medical field, I often trained new staff and I was the main person to walk patients and insurance companies through the training that came with new medication, pt, and upcoming surgeries. 

Each position I've worked in, including my current, I thrive in being the go-to person to help guide people and drive the company with improved training programs and working hand in hand to develop more rounded employees. 

It is my goal to continue with that.

I am currently a Quality Engineer at a manufacturing plant, where I primarily develop work instructions to train staff on new jobs and update/edit existing jobs where needed. I also work my way through the manufacturing floor, talk with various levels of staff to get an idea of what types of training can be added and would be beneficial, and then develop and execute those where needed.

I have an associates in Administration. This has led me to a career that has made me extremely proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) and the Google platform(Google Docs, Sheets, Meets, Teams). 
I have taken many speaking courses as well as communication and human relations courses that have prepared me to be comfortable speaking to people individually and as a group.

I am finishing my Bachelor's in Business this May, which has rounded out my skills in approaching situations and speaking to/training individuals or groups. Understanding legal aspects of working with people and safety aspects of business.
