I am an experienced educator and advocate with a passion for creating equitable, inclusive learning environments that honor each student’s individuality and lived experience. With over 15 years in early childhood and secondary special education, I specialize in IEP development, behavior intervention, and assistive technology integration. I also have extensive experience in professional development facilitation and data-driven instruction, supporting teachers and administrators in implementing MTSS frameworks effectively.

Beyond my work in schools, I am deeply committed to fostering accessible education at the postsecondary level and supporting students with diverse needs to thrive academically and personally. I believe in lifelong learning, collaboration, and using evidence-based strategies to make meaningful, lasting impact in education.

In addition to my career in education, I bring 20 years of hospitality experience and currently bartend at private events, concerts, and large-scale functions. I thrive in fast-paced environments, excel in customer service, and enjoy creating memorable guest experiences; skills that complement my work as an educator through adaptability, communication, and relationship-building.

Outside of work, I enjoy exploring new ideas, connecting with fellow educators, and supporting initiatives that make learning more inclusive and engaging for all.
