    Hybrid - Senior Planning Manager - Urban Planning and Design

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Planning Manager to join our growing engineering team.

    This is a permanent position that offers an opportunity to work on complex and challenging projects in the engineering industry.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multimodal transportation planning, urban planning, and architecture design. Excellent work life balance - Hybrid Schedule - Half Work from Home, Half in the Office

    Lead the planning and execution of complex engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

    Develop and implement strategic plans for multimodal transportation systems, including road, rail, air, and water transport.
    Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and impact analyses for proposed projects.
    Coordinate with project teams, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
    Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.

    Stay abreast of latest trends and advancements in the engineering industry, and incorporate these into planning and design processes.

    Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
    Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related field.

    Minimum of 5 years of experience in a planning role in the engineering industry, with a focus on multimodal transportation planning, urban planning, and architecture design.

    Proven experience in leading and managing complex engineering projects.
    Strong leadership and team management abilities.
    Proficiency in relevant software, such as CAD, GIS, and project management tools.
    Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    Professional certifications in project management, urban planning, or a related field will be an advantage.
