    Zimmer Communications is growing Zimmer is looking to add new team members to our B2B sales team in Springfield, Missouri.

    Self-motivated by the opportunity to make big salesTakes a personalized, tailored approach to all clientsCraves knowledge and likes to learn about a variety of clients and industriesManage time well with the ability to handle complex accounts that involve different types of mediaBig picture thinker who anticipates problems with the knowledge and curiosity to seek the best solutions for clientsDecisive with the ability to persuade clients on the benefits of investing in marketing campaignsExpectations/Duties:Goal oriented with the purpose to achieve monthly and quarterly goalsActively prospect (phone, email and face to face) while servicing and building relationships with existing clientsConduct Customer Needs Analysis with clients and prospects to create unique solutions that match their businessBuild customized proposals by researching client industries and companies
