    Sales Executive - AI-based Imaging solutions (Mid-West Territory)

    Company Overview:

    Kinetica has partnered with a leading provider of AI-based Imaging solutions, revolutionizing the way medical professionals diagnose and manage diseases. Our client's innovative technology empowers healthcare institutions to streamline their AI-based Imaging workflows, enhance collaboration, and improve patient outcomes. As we continue to expand our market presence, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and drive growth in the Mid-West territory of the United States.

    Position Summary:

    The Sales Executive will be responsible for establishing and cultivating relationships with key stakeholders in the Mid-West healthcare sector, promoting our clients AI-based Imaging solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the Mid-West territory, identifying key accounts and prospects.
    • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
    • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through effective sales techniques, negotiations, and account management.
    • Build a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, lead qualification, and strategic relationship-building.
    • Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, pathologists, and other stakeholders within healthcare institutions.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and features of our clients AI-based Imaging solutions.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience

    Qualifications:

    • Proven track record in sales with life science imaging software, or capital equipment.
    • Bachelor's degree in life science, or a related field.
    • Familiarity with Imaging solutions or related life science technologies.
    • Strong understanding of the pathology sector in the Mid-West.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
