    Description

    We are looking for a Real Estate Litigation Paralegal:

    Responsibilities:

     Assisting attorneys with propounding and responding to discovery (interrogatories,

    requests for admissions, and request for production, subpoenas, and preparing

    deposition binders) and motions (preparation of any supporting documents and

    exhibits, and preparing hearing binders)

     Assist in management of trial preparation including: coordination of witnesses, trial

    exhibits, charts, trial notebook, subpoenas, and page lines

     Routine communications with clients and attorneys about case status and preparation

     Assist with daily administrative support tasks

     Docket deadlines

     Format pleadings and correspondence

     Schedule depositions, hearings, conference calls

     File documents in State and Federal Courts, including e‐filing

     Assist with document management and file organization

     Drafting Correspondence

     Processing invoices

     Calendaring

    Position Requirements:

     Paralegal Certificate or equivalent

     Minimum of Five years of experience as a litigation paralegal

     High proficiency in Word, Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint and Outlook

     Familiarity with Relativity or equivalent

     Experience with Pacer

     Being a team player with a "can do" attitude

     Real estate litigation, construction litigation and unlawful detainer experienced

    preferred but not required
