- Meticulously maintain and update corporate records, including board minutes, resolutions, annual filings, and other critical governance documents.
- Assist in the preparation of comprehensive board materials and seamless logistics coordination for quarterly board meetings.
- Provide invaluable assistance in preparing and organizing materials for complex litigation matters with utmost precision and attention to detail.
- Efficiently handle legal invoice tracking and processing, ensuring accurate and timely billing procedures.
- Maintain impeccably organized and up-to-date legal files and documentation, ensuring easy retrieval and production in response to legal requests.
- Assist in document retrieval and production, adhering to strict legal protocols and deadlines.
- Draft, review, and manage various corporate contracts, agreements, and legal documents with keen attention to detail and a thorough understanding of legal terminology and requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the legal team, cross-functional departments, and external partners to facilitate effective communication, scheduling, and seamless cooperation.
- Provide exceptional administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of legal processes and initiatives.
- Must have real estate/construction legal experience in a large law firm or in-house.
- Demonstrated experience managing processes and coordinating cross-functional projects and teams, and proven effectiveness as a matrix leader.
