    Aptara is looking for an experience Business Development Senior Manager with a proven record of business growth to join our team.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, researching, and calling on prospective clients across various industries with a focus on Customer

    Support/Care/Experience

    services as well as other Aptara capabilities, while fostering existing client relationships and exploring new business opportunities.

    The Representative is expected to conduct a solutions-based approach to Sales, leveraging the services and products Aptara provides, with the aim of creating long-term clients.

    Qualifications
    Ability to effectively use both written and oral communication skills with clients and Aptara personnel
    Ability to interpret customer requirements through exploratory questioning, demos, and other methods
    Ability to self-direct and treat your day-to-day activities as if you were selling for your own business
    Solid writing skills to formulate a well thought out solution and proposal, including some editing
    Adept at using MS Office suite and virtual presentation technologies (Zoom, MS Teams, etc.)
    Bachelor's degree in a related field and 6+ years of experience with Sales / Business Development
