We are looking for a Field Marketing Specialist with experience in the Retail industry running North American campaigns and events and giving prospects and customers an inspiring interaction. This position reports to the Americas Field Marketing Manager.
?**Responsibilities:**
?Digital Campaign Strategy
Collaborate with manager on campaign plan. Schedule and execute digital campaigns and manage calendar deadlines.
Research and manage advertising plan and media relationships. Research new opportunities. Coordinate ad placements and execution.
Provide social media plan recommendations and work with manager to align overall campaign objectives.
Work with industry associations and research collaboration opportunities. Stay on top of membership contracts.
Coordinate with the sales and lead gen teams to ensure successful campaigns & events and report on results.
Incorporate key learnings into future campaigns and projects.
Field Event Execution
Manage and execute the event plan for all related field events including, but not limited to webinars, trade shows, and seminars.
Manage invoicing with vendors and suppliers while respecting budgets and deadlines.
Research creative event ideas and options for the region.
Oversee event activities and act quickly to resolve problems.
Evaluate events success and prepare ROI reports.
?**Requirements:**
?2+ years of experience in B2B / B2C marketing in the Retail sector.
Proven experience as a marketing coordinator or specialist.
Experience working with vendors and working with budgets.
Experience collaborating with several departments cross functionally.
Self-motivated, well-organized, detailed-oriented, problem solver able to manage multiple projects and meet assigned deadlines and targets all of this in a fast-paced environment.
Autonomous with an understanding of responsibility and accountability.
Good interpersonal communication and collaboration skills (ability to negotiate).
Energetic and able to respond to stress in a positive way and remain calm. Not afraid of a challenge.
Experience working with Salesforce CRM and Pardot marketing automation tool a plus.
Language: English
Bachelors degree or equivalent.
Enjoys working remotely and can travel approximately 25% of the time.
