- Negotiating and procuring ground handling and security arrangements that balance operational needs and fiscal discipline.
- Act as the liaison between operations, sourcing, and accounting to reconcile invoice details to negotiated rates. Synthesizing schedule data and invoice data to assign costs to specific flights.
- Develop a "cost database" by station by service, increasing accuracy in charter quotes.
- Exhibit a commitment to developing and documenting best practices and processes with an eye toward continual improvement.
- Assist with NCAA Championship Travel on an "as needed" basis
- Become proficient in using the pricing model for sales quoting on an as-needed basis.
- Represent STM Charters and STM in a professional manner.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-starter with ability to focus on goals without constant direct leadership or oversight.
- Previous aviation experience required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook).
- Experience with Salesforce a plus.
- Ability and willingness to learn new programs/processes that may be adopted moving into the future
- Remote work sites must have dependable high-speed internet and dedicated workspace.

As an ACMI Sourcing/Procurement Coordinator for STM Charters, you will be primarily responsible for procuring and negotiating ground handling, security screening, catering, de-icing and ground security coordinator services for our portfolio of ACMI airline operations. The successful candidate will be able to balance operational needs with fiscal discipline, be process-oriented with an eye towards continuous improvement and be able to design and implement tools to improve forecast and actual expense by line-item by station. Other responsibilities include assisting with charter expense forecasting, invoice reconciliation, and NCAA Championship assistance. This position may work remotely but will also require occasional travel.
