About us:
We are looking for a Production and Support Coordinator to join our team in Waterloo.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the production and support tasks of the department, ensuring both financial and rehabilitative success.

You will also lead and develop our team of professionals in line with the goals of the organization, our leadership principles, and the workshop concept.

This includes conducting feedback conversations, implementing the company's reintegration management, and participating in team development processes.


Your responsibilities will also include acquiring work orders, conducting information and contact conversations with clients, and assessing the feasibility of orders in the workshop.

You will also be responsible for price calculations and creating offers.

As part of your role, you will also be involved in the development of the department.

This includes introducing new products and services, providing technical support to group leaders in new production processes and technologies, and developing, manufacturing, or procuring tools and equipment.

You will also be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of machines and equipment.

In addition, you will be responsible for procuring technical operating and auxiliary materials, as well as equipment and tools. This includes preparing orders and overseeing production until completion.
