- Assist Production Supervisor with responsibilities including, but not limited to;
- Supervision of facility and facility staff
- Lead and direct the activity of assigned production personnel and report production results and labor usage as required
- Communicate goals and expectations for shift employees
- Execution of production plan and assignments
- Track production metrics
- Troubleshoot problems with equipment when required. Escalate to Production Supervisor as needed
- Maintain/improve the condition of production equipment and facility
- Organize and track inventory using a systematic process
- Responsible for overseeing an effective quality system with adherence to GMP standards
- Organize and track all quality information in a clear and timely manner
- Work to improve quality standards in the production facility
- Implement and enforce safety guidelines
- Provide and document proper training for production staff
- Recommend methods to improve production and quality of production facility
- Hardworking and enthusiastic personality
- Must be minimum of 18 years of age
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Able to manage and set priorities in a changing environment

Production Lead (2nd Shift)
Pay:$23/hr + $1/hr shift differential
Job Summary
We are looking for a Machine Operator to work directly under our Floor Supervisor. This position will gain first-hand knowledge of EPS manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
Monday through Thursday
4pm - 2am
