    This position will be located in Warsaw, IN; West Chester, PA; Raynham MA; Palm Beach Gardens, FL.

    The Associate Digital Marketing Manager, Ambulatory Surgery Centers, is part of DePuy Synthes, The Orthopaedics Company of Johnson & Johnson and will report to a Sr.

    Marketing Manager.

    In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of our social media and digital marketing strategies.

    You will assist in creating engaging content, implementing digital campaigns, and analyzing data to maximize our online presence.


    ASCs are healthcare facilities that perform surgery without requiring hospital admission and are generally associated with a lower length of stay.

    More and more orthopaedic procedures are moving into the ASC setting as Medicare and other payors are reimbursing in this space.

    Many analysts predict that 80% of Orthopaedic procedures will be performed in ASCs by 2025, which makes this one of the fastest-growing, most dynamic channels at DePuy Synthes

    Key Responsibilities:


    Responsible for end-to-end planning and implementation of social media and digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement – audience B2B and B2C.

    Responsible for developing and managing the ASC team marketing automation efforts, maximizing Salesforce MarketingCloud engagement and capabilities.

    Support the development of creative content for social media platforms, society meetings and internal communications, including graphics, videos, and written copy, ensuring consistency with our brand voice and guidelines.

    Working with internal partners, responsible for the execution of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including email marketing, paid advertising, SEO, and content marketing.

    Analyze and report on key performance metrics related to social media and digital marketing efforts, such as engagement, reach, conversions, and website traffic and provide recommendations to optimize tactics and plan future initiatives.

    Conduct market research and monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for growth, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.

    Stay up-to-date with digital marketing best practices, trends, and emerging platforms, and make recommendations for innovative strategies to enhance our online presence.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as the communication and platform marketing teams, to ensure alignment and consistent messaging across all marketing channels.

    Partner with external agencies, e.g. paid search partners, to drive our strategies and ensure the best return on investment.
    Responsible for navigating the J&J compliance and legal landscape

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
    Minimum of 2 years' experience in marketing, communications and/or related field.
    Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing channels, and best practices.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair.
    Skilled user of tools such as Excel and Power Point.
    Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
    Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
    Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
    Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
    Experience with SalesForce Marketing Cloud and marketing outreach/automation campaigns
    Experience with marketing to Healthcare Professionals
    Experience distilling complex and high volumes of data into simple KPIs and data visualizations / dashboards / scorecards.
    Familiarity with webpage and social analytic tools e.g. Google Analytics
    Up to 50% travel
