Responsibilities:
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Booking of banks and cash, as well as payment and reminder processes
- Budget planning and preparation of reports for group controlling
- Preparation for tax audits and financial statement preparation
- Creation of payment files
- Completion of statistical reports such as Intrastat
- General office tasks
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial training, ideally as a tax clerk or tax specialist (m/f/d)
- Experience in accounting and knowledge of HGB accounting standards
- DATEV knowledge
- MS Office, especially Excel
- Reliability and independent and structured work style
- Teamwork, flexibility, independence, and reliability
