In the pastoral area of Aurach-Seebachgrund, a total of twelve childcare facilities of the Catholic church foundations St. Magdalena, St. Otto, and St. Josef in Herzogenaurach, as well as the Catholic church foundation St. Josef in Weisendorf and Geburt Mariens in Hannberg, are managed and administered by the daycare administration. Approximately 210 employees in the pedagogical and technical-household areas care for, support, and challenge around 1200 children.

For our St. Magdalena kindergarten, we are currently seeking a pedagogical staff member (m/f/d) with a workload of 15 hours per week.


Your main tasks include:


  • Working in a fixed group for two days per week
  • Assisting with planning, preparation, implementation, and followup of pedagogical work
  • Observing and documenting children's development
  • Establishing and maintaining a partnership with parents
  • Planning and organizing events for parents and/or children
  • Informing the management about incidents involving children and parents
  • Assisting with caregiving tasks
  • Potentially managing provided funds for toys and drinks
  • Collaborating with partner organizations

You bring with you:


  • Completed education with state recognition or a comparable, already recognized qualification according to the list of professions of the Bavarian State Youth Office
  • German B2 certificate for foreign professional qualifications
  • Previous experience in the daycare field is an advantage
