at the Clemens-Kessler-Haus in part-time or full-time

Your tasks:

  • Care and support of residents with predominantly age-related illnesses and gerontopsychiatric changes
  • Organization and implementation of individual and holistic basic and treatment care
  • Psychosocial support, especially in guiding, encouraging and assisting in relearning and performing activities of daily living
  • Providing and administering medication
  • Participation in biography work
  • Evaluation of documentation
