You are our plus. We are one of the leading business law firms in Saxony, based in Dresden.

We have special expertise in insolvency law, where we not only support companies in crisis situations, but also regularly advise renowned German insolvency administrators.

In addition, we provide legal services to our clients with a team of 14 lawyers, specializing in corporate, labor, banking, and capital market law.

We are part of the Schneider + Partner consulting group and benefit from the interdisciplinary collaboration of the individual companies.

We are currently seeking a legal assistant for insolvency and litigation law (m/f/d) to join our team. Your responsibilities will include supporting the insolvency and litigation departments, organizing with the team, and handling all typical tasks. You will independently manage court and out-of-court collection and litigation proceedings, as well as correspond with opponents and clients.

The ideal candidate will have a successfully completed vocational training as a legal assistant (m/f/d) and several years of professional experience in a law firm with multiple lawyers.

You should enjoy working independently in a team.
