View job here Team Leader (d/m/w) Mechanical Design Full-time Dresden, Germany Hybrid with management function Your tasks As Team Leader (d/m/w) Mechanical Design, you are responsible for the technical leadership of our mechanical design in the Exhaust Gas Treatment business unit

Your tasks include:
Participation in the daily operations of mechanical design Technical leadership of the Mechanical Design team as well as consulting and support for the team in specific technical issues Setting, implementing and tracking clear team goals Timely distribution and tracking of tasks in the course of daily operations Formation, establishment and compliance with structures, processes and rules within the team Responsibility for compliance with standards and guidelines in the engineering area Support and optimization of existing processes, tools and interfaces Resource planning within the team Close cooperation with other team leaders in the department as well as the department management engineering Our requirements To be successful in this position, you ideally bring the following skills and qualifications: Completed degree in mechanical engineering or comparable qualification Several years of professional experience in mechanical design, ideally in plant engineering First leadership experience and strong team skills Proficient in using CAD software Good knowledge of standards and guidelines Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Good German and English skills We offer As part of our team at DAS Environmental Expert GmbH, we offer you: 38 hours/week: Our 38-hour week with flexible working hours supports you in finding your own rhythm between work and private life
