Your Challenge:

As Deputy Nursing Service Manager at Spitex CareWin24 AG, you will organize, plan, and coordinate the activities of employees.

You will alternate in taking on daily responsibilities and be a driving force in promoting a collegial and appreciative work environment.

Together with our Nursing Service Manager, you will be responsible for the development of the nursing department and the organization's business success.

As a case manager, you will independently conduct needs assessments and create care plans. You will oversee the entire nursing process and actively work in patient care. Regular communication with general practitioners, family members, and other services is also part of your responsibilities.
