TEAM ASSISTANT - HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT (M/F/D)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting our HR officers in daytoday operations
Preparing contracts, processing contract changes, and other documents
Scanning and filing documents for the digital personnel file
Receiving and handling telephone inquiries from hospital staff

Your qualifications:

Completed commercial training
Structured, independent, and responsible work style
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent German language skills
Trustworthiness, strong communication skills, and an empathetic and respectful approach to people
