    ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:


    The Corporate Financial Reporting Group is seeking an energetic, strategic and analytical individual to join the Company's external financial reporting function.

    This individual will play an integral role in preparing the Company's quarterly and annual financial reporting packages, press releases, debt filings and related financial analyses.

    This individual will have high visibility to senior financial management and will interact with financial personnel throughout the Company.

    YOUR DAY-DAY:
    Prepare and review quarterly financial reporting packages for Univision Communications, Inc. and TelevisaUnivision, Inc. prepared under United State generally accepted accounting principles ('US GAAP')
    Work with the Communications Department and Investor Relations on quarterly financial press releases.
    Work with management, external legal and external auditors to develop and enhance the Company's financial reporting disclosures.
    Prepare consolidated analyses for various balance sheet accounts including debt, derivatives, intangible assets, and investments.
    Assist in the preparation of the Company's debt compliance reporting requirements.
    Assist in the preparation of Earnings per Share ('EPS').
    Assist in the analysis and implementation of new accounting standards.
    Assist in the preparation of the International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS) bridge required for dual reporting purposes
    Assist in the following process relating to debt and earnings per share for SOX control purposes.

    YOU HAVE:
    Candidate should have 2-3 years of relevant financial reporting experience.
    CPA preferred.
    Strong excel skills.
    Effective communicator.
    Detail-oriented and attentive to scheduled milestones.
    Ability to partner with other corporate functions.
    Self-starter with ability to take initiative when appropriate.
    Ability to

    speak/write/understand

    Spanish is preferred.

    Flexibility, as there will be workweeks that require more than 40 hours to ensure the Company's reporting requirements are met.


    DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
    Technology, Media and Entertainment Industry experience preferred.
    US GAAP experience a must and IFRS experience preferred.
    Oracle experience a plus.
    Workiva experience a plus.
