    REQUIREMENTS:
    6+ years of public accounting experience in Big 4 or Big 6 accounting firm working with publicly traded companies

    CPA is REQUIRED

    You'll lead in external and internal financial reporting, drive technical accounting, manage earnings per share data, and contribute to sustainability reporting.

    With strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, you'll excel in managing multiple priorities, including quarterly reporting and other key deliverables.


    Candidate Profile:
    Experienced manager with public company experience; big 4 experience is a plus

    Responsibilities:
    Prepare 10-K and 10-Q disclosures, with ownership of filings

    Analyze data from multiple sources to ensure disclosures are complete and accurate

    Review supporting documentation for reasonableness and accuracy

    Prepare and analyze internal quarterly reporting for C-suite executives

    Assist with ad-hoc projects and analyses throughout the year

    Develop disclosures and related processes for technical accounting matters

    Prepare monthly share count and earnings per share reconciliations

    Prepare periodic sustainability deliverables, including external disclosures

    Consolidate monthly subsidiary submissions of revenue and accounts receivable

    Provide support for Investor Relations, Treasury, and Board of Director reporting

    Participate in ERP consolidation system testing, report development, and implementation

    Contribute to annual industry and other reporting surveys

    Requirements:

    6+ years of professional experience

    Public company and big 4 experience preferred

    Excellent analytical and organizational skills

    Proficiency in technical and system skills

    $140, $160,000.00 per year
