Your contribution:


  • 2nd and 3rd level support for incoming inquiries in the area of existing network and client/server infrastructure
  • Resolution and processing of service requests and incidents
  • Support in the commissioning of presentation and communication technology
  • You document the processing and solution paths in the ticket system

What you bring:


  • Successfully completed training in the IT field, e.g. IT specialist
  • Expertise in the field of IT infrastructure (client, server, virtualization)
  • Ideally, you have service experience with VMware, Cisco UCS
  • Good to very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and the Windows environment
  • Good communication skills and a confident demeanor
  • A high degree of flexibility, integrity and commitment
