- Product owner to support teams managing new product launch, system implementations, and mechanisms to accelerate growth for Client's sales
- More specifically, you will partner with engineering and operations teams to improve website especially on fulfillment and billing process
- You will identify blockers, ruthlessly prioritize, and influence central teams without direct reporting relationship to deliver results
- Support eCom process improvement projects and initiatives through evaluation of current work processes and identification of improvement strategies
- Assist in preparation of project planning and coordination, including but not limited to: scheduling, defining roles and responsibilities and documentation
- Daily conduct system log monitoring and troubleshoot any interface errors or issues with online orders mainly within SAP R/3 system
- You will analyze inquiries and issues on ERP interfaces or ERP system to come up with improvement plan and make changes to the system
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, including managing, planning, organizing, scheduling and tracking of projects from initiation, planning, execution and delivery
- 1-3 years of experience in fulfillment/distribution center/operations, supply chain, general management, or engineering operations
- Demonstrated ability to interpret data and make business recommendations
- Bachelor's degree in information sciences/or computer science, Business Administration, consulting, or business/analytical experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills including an ability to communicate with all cross functional teams (technical and business)
- Expertise in the product or market including specific technical or industry knowledge
- Ability to maintain a keen attention to detail, multitask and work well under pressure
- Natural tendency to be curious, positive and creative
- Team player who collaborates well with others
- Sincere empathy for the customer and a commitment to delving deep into the challenges they present or experience
