What you will do in this role:

Supporting ServiceNow HR applications and Integrations with third-party applications and data sources
Partner with HR Business, IT Business Analysts, QA, along with IT Applications team in delivering world-class employee experience.
Facilitate requirements gatheringand process mapping workshops.Perform gap analysis (as isfunctionality versus to-befunctionality)
Participate in end-to-end activitiesrelated to implementation planningincluding project management, issuemanagement, communication, andchangemanagement
Work with the business, design,engineering, and product teams tocreate epics and user stories
Participate in User Acceptancetesting and recommendimprovements.
Participate in User Research with internal customers
Be part of a Dynamic team in building People technology solutions and help build talent in ServiceNow.
Comfortable working in a dynamic Agile environment

Skills

What you will need to be successful in this role:

7 years of experience as a BusinessAnalyst with verifiableexperience working withcustomers to improve theirexperiences
Exposure to ServiceNow applications like HRSD/ITSM etc.
Passion for technology and new ideasto improve the way people work usingour products and the possibilities thatcome from building excellentcustomerexperiences
Experience defining the customer/employeeexperience and personalizing the userjourney across a cloud fulfillmentecosystem
Experience in preparing as-is processdocumentation, to-be processdocumentation, and performingdetailed gapanalysis
Experience completing multiple,complex technical projects
Should enjoy working in acollaborativeenvironment
Experience designing optimizedcustomer/employee experiences inHCM
Comfortable presenting solutions tolarge audiences
