Business Systems Analyst

6 Month Contract (Extension Likely)

Location: Remote (PST Work Hours)

Pay Rate: $40-$50/HR DOE

Duties:

Supporting ServiceNow HR applications and Integrations with third-party applications and data sources.
Partner with HR Business, IT Business Analysts, QA, along with IT Applications team in delivering world-class employee experience.
Facilitate requirements gathering and process mapping workshops. Perform gap analysis (as is functionality versus to-be functionality)
Participate in end-to-end activities related to implementation planning including project management, issue management, communication, and change management.
Work with the business, design, engineering, and product teams to create epics and user stories.
Participate in User Acceptance testing and recommend improvements.
Participate in User Research with internal customers.
Be part of a Dynamic team in building People technology solutions and help build talent within ServiceNow.
Comfortable working in a dynamic Agile environment

Skills:

7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with verifiable experience working with customers to improve their experiences.
Exposure to ServiceNow applications like HRSD/ITSM etc.
Passion for technology and new ideas to improve the way people work using our products and the possibilities that come from building excellent customer experiences.
Experience defining the customer/employee experience and personalizing the user journey across a cloud fulfillment ecosystem.
Experience in preparing as-is process documentation, to-be process documentation, and performing detailed gap analysis.
Experience completing multiple, complex technical projects.
Should enjoy working in a collaborative environment.
Experience designing optimized customer/employee experiences in HCM.
Comfortable presenting solutions to large audiences

Education:

BA/BS degree in Information Systems or related discipline required; Advanced degree is a plus.
