Business Systems Analyst - e

Commerce Position Summary Responsibilities:

Product owner to support teams managing new product launches, system implementations, and mechanisms to accelerate growth for online sales
More specifically, you will partner with engineering and operations teams to improve the website especially on the fulfillment and billing process
You will identify blockers, ruthlessly prioritize, and influence central teams without a direct reporting relationship to deliver results
Support eCom process improvement projects and initiatives through evaluation of current work processes and identification of improvement strategies
Assist in the preparation of project planning and coordination, including but not limited to scheduling, defining roles and responsibilities, and documentation
Daily conduct system log monitoring and troubleshoot any interface errors or issues with online orders mainly within the SAP R/3 system
You will analyze inquiries and issues on ERP interfaces or ERP systems to come up with an improvement plan and make changes to the system Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in project management, including managing, planning, organizing, scheduling, and tracking of projects from initiation, planning, execution, and delivery 1-3 years of experience in fulfillment/distribution center/operations, supply chain, general management, or engineering operations
Demonstrated ability to interpret data and make business recommendations
Bachelor's degree in information sciences/or computer science, Business Administration, consulting, or business/analytical experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills including an ability to communicate with all cross-functional teams (technical and business)
Expertise in the product or market including specific technical or industry knowledge
Ability to maintain a keen attention to detail, multitask, and work well under pressure natural tendency to be curious, positive, and creative
Team player who collaborates well with others
Sincere empathy for the customer and a commitment to delving deep into the challenges they present or experience
Expertise in software product development lifecycle
Demonstrable ability to look for areas of improvement and propose process improvement initiatives
Proven ability to use Microsoft Office products at Expert/Advanced level
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment to achieve team goals and complete assignments within established deadlines
Experience in Confluence and JIRA preferred
