    Senior Director, Product Marketing

    POSITION SUMMARY
    Nucleus Security is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven, Sr. Director, Product Marketing to play an integral role driving our leadership in RBVM.

    The ideal candidate will be a highly effective communicator and collaborator, and a driving force across the company and externally.

    In this role you will help develop product messaging, conduct competitive analysis, manage product launches, and create collateral and sales tools.


    This is a high-profile position and a unique opportunity to join an exciting startup in a hot space and make a huge impact on Nucleus Security's growth.

    This high-profile position will be responsible for developing and scaling the product marketing function and team, providing leadership and have direct responsibility for the development and execution of product marketing strategies and plans.

    The role reports to the CMO.


    Key Responsibilities:


    Build and scale a world-class product marketing team with members who are experts in the customers, the products, and the communications to our market.

    Partner with the Product Management and Engineering teams to drive product strategy, influence roadmap, and ensuring products are competitive in their target markets.

    Partner closely with sales reps, SE's, and channel partners by building effective sales tools and training materials such as presentations, competitive battlecards, and product FAQs and being a sales enablement resource to help win deals.

    Create product collateral such as data sheets, solution briefs, thought leadership content, customer-facing presentations, and blogs.
    Partner with the demand gen team to support integrated customer and prospect journeys that generate awareness and demand. Be proactive in recognizing where pipeline gaps exist and help deliver focused campaigns and sales plays.

    Understand and map the buyer's journey to develop relevant, targeted content that will drive and accelerate the buyer's process and customer acquisition.

    Help plan the launch of new products and releases and be a key stakeholder in the cross-functional implementation of the plan.

    Drive ongoing analysis of the market, customers, and products, including win-loss, message testing, and product usage and adoption analysis.
    Act as a company spokesperson. Brief press, analysts, and partners on product offerings.

    Qualifications:

    10+ years in B2B security product marketing/management, 3+ years leadership role.
    Cyber security domain experience required.
    Ability to quickly come up to speed in new technology areas.
    Superior written communication and presentation skills
    Passion for learning about new technologies including getting hands-on with products to inform messaging and content creation.
    Excellent people skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, customers, partners and third parties.
    Self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment

    Ability to manage and plan at both the strategic and operational levels and to consistently meet or exceed planned objectives.

    Critical thinking, strategic acumen, and market insight: The skill to synthesize competitive trends, market data, and customer insights into a plan of action.

    Detail oriented and analytical with an ability to thrive in a high growth environment.
    A proven track record identifying, recruiting and developing talent, ability to lead with in a dynamic business.
    Personal attributes should include charisma, self-awareness, not conflict averse.
    Creative, innovative, insightful, and knows how to maintain independent thinking within a team environment in a rapidly growing organization.
    Able to drive towards alignment at the executive and working levels; high emotional intelligence.
    Understanding of integrated marketing, campaign development, and campaign execution best practices.
    BA/BS Degree, MBA a plus.
