The Bureau of Central Services is comprised of four units:
the Background Screening Unit, the Financial AnalysisUnit, the Central Intake Unit, and the Systems, Training, and Support Unit.
These units are responsible for the receipt and distribution of all health care facility applications and processing of associated fees; the background screening of facility owners, administrators, personnel, and Medicaid providers; the financial analysis and financial data collection of health care facilities; and the systems management, data support and training within the Division of Health Care Policy and Oversight.
The Work You Will Do:
This position is located in the Central Intake section within the Bureau of Central Services.
The incumbent in this position functions as a member of a cooperative team that is responsible for providing centralized services processing mail with and without fees, scanning documents, reviewing, and approving user agreements for Single Sign On access, quality assurance of images and data.
The incumbent is responsible for the daily intake, prepping and batching of licensure documents, data entry of tracking sheets, weekly purge and destruction of all documents that have reached their retention date, analysis and identification of documents and quality assurance of documents.
Communicates and interacts with other Agency personnel as necessary to complete required transactions.This position will be hired at the minimum salary of $1,260.00 biweekly and is non-negotiable.
